a) Cane Unloader :
We offer two types of cane unloader:
• Mechanical Operated, Hydraulically Operated.
These both are operated in two types:
• Grab Type, Sling Type
And they are designed as per site condition & costumer requirement.
• 2 Motion, 3 Motion
We offer them in capacities ranging in from 2 Tons to 20 Tons. Till date we had successfully supplied, erected and commissioned 7 Nos. of cane unloader trolley of various capacities to sugar industries in India.
b) Feeder Table :
Feeder tables can be designed as per client requirement & the capacity of sugar plant.
We offer in following sizes :
• 6 Mtrs. Wide x 7 Mtrs. Long, 7 Mtrs. Wide x 8 Mtrs. Long
These are designed by giving slop in both Ways as per the requirement of client. VFDs Drive (Variable Frequency Drives) are used to save the energy.
C) Cane Carrier :
Completely made of steel, our sugar cane carriers have adequate Column & Support. The Cane carrier are available with ample carrier depth that facilitates to feed the required capacity. These machines are highly durable which can be further customized as per the need of customers.
